Discovering What’s Already There

It is helpful to remember that the intention of my practice is not to create some new and improved version of me. The intention of my practice is to re-connect with my innate
worthiness, my intrinsic health, my genuine goodness. What at times I feel is missing, in actuality, is already there within me, ready to access. If I take the time to breathe, feel, and whole-heartedly love what arises, I discover infinite wisdom, kindness and strength.
