FREE GENTLE YOGA AND MINFULNESS CLASS Tuesdays 12:15-1!
It’s mega self-care time! It’s been a crazy summer here in Nelson BC. The last few weeks of summer were spent in a thick cloud of smoke from the surrounding forest fires. But the rain came this weekend! So very needed! Now that the smoke has cleared I feel like I can finally breathe deep and feel my feet! Smokey air and migraine disorders don’t mix! So I’ve been eating and drinking lots of nourishing foods, and of course mindfully moving my body to genuinely re-connect with myself after this very firey summer. If you’re feeling like me and are in need of a big dose of RE-CONNECTION, you’re in luck! I’m offering a free gentle yoga and mindfulness class this fall every Tuesday.
