Through the exploration of the theme Compassionate Exchange, this light-hearted retreat will empower the participant with transformational embodied practices for working through difficult life challenges.
The view for this retreat is that the essence of our emotional energy is fundamentally energetic, intelligent, and full of heart. We don’t have to change our emotions but connect with their wisdom. We will get to explore how we influence each other energetically as human beings and how to work with that in a compassionate way.
